Hojicha Latte
The Hojicha Latte is a staple in our house. We make it a few times a week for our afternoon pick-me-up. Most often, following lunch because Hojicha not only helps with digestion but it also kicks those afternoon sleepies to the curb without keeping us up at night. #thisisforty
- 2 cup of soy milk we opt for soy milk because it froths nicely
- 2 tsp Hojicha Powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar/sugar in the raw
Heat the milk in a saucepan on medium heat.
Once hot, but before it simmers, mix in the Hojicha powder slowly. Whisk to avoid clumping.
You should get a nice froth.
Stir in sugar.
Remove from heat and enjoy immediately!
