Classic Virgin Whiskey Sour
This classic Virgin Whiskey Sour is made using Ritual Whiskey Alternative. The combination of the sweet, smoky, non-alcoholic spirit and the acidic citrus makes for a delightful, guilt-free drink.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Ritual Whiskey Alternative
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- .75 ounce simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar)
- .5 ounce egg white
- Orange wheel for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except the orange wheel. Shake vigorously for one minute.
- Shake with ice until it gets cold.
- Strain twice into a coupe glass.
- Add an orange wheel as a garnish.
