Non-Alcoholic Sangria

This simple virgin Sangria mocktail is a great twist on a classic. It’s a recipe made with non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon (and can also be made with juice, depending on what you can find!), fruit, and simple syrup if desired.
Course Drinks

Ingredients

  • 1 750 ml bottle alcohol-free red wine or juice alternative
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 orange sliced into wheels
  • 1 lemon sliced into wheels
  • 1 1/2 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 green apple sliced into thin wedges

Instructions

  • In a large glass pitcher, combine the orange wheels, lemon wheels, and simple syrup.
  • Muddle the fruit gently until some of the juice is released. Use the back end of a wooden spoon or something similar if you don’t have a muddler.
  • Add the apple wedges, orange juice, and non-alcoholic wine. To incorporate all of the ingredients, carefully stir them together.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving. Gently stir to avoid losing the fizz.
  • Enjoy immediately!
