Black Currant Mocktail
This bubbly, fruity Blackcurrant Mocktail is a great non-alcoholic party beverage. Do you remember drinking Ribena as a kid? This mocktail is essentially a grown-up version with its rich flavor and bubbles – it's a simple vegan mocktail recipe.
- 4 ounces black currant syrup (cordial)
- 4 ounces soda water
- 2 ounces apple juice
- 1 mint sprig (leave a few leaves for garnish)
Black Currant Syrup (Cordial)
For the black currant drink:
Build in a glass.
Softly muddle mint leaves for about 10 seconds.
Pour apple juice and black currant cordial into your glass after adding ice.
Add sparkling/soda water, stir.
Garnish with mint and enjoy!
